The rules that protect you
UK law stops anyone advertising prescription-only treatment to the public, us included. HeMed stays on the service side of that line, and so does everything our affiliates publish.
Do
- Say you’re an affiliate. Every post, story and video carries a clear disclosure, such as #ad.
- Talk about the service: a clinician-led programme for men, built around an at-home blood test. A clinician reviews ten metabolic markers before any treatment decision.
- Use the media pack. Logos, copy and visuals come from us.
- Run anything new past your HeMed contact before it goes live.
Don’t
- Name or hint at a medicine. What gets prescribed, how it is taken and how often stay out of your content.
- Talk results. Weight figures, comparison photos and promises of any kind stay out.
- Add pressure. Countdowns, deadlines and shame have no place in a HeMed post.
- Post your code anywhere you don’t own. Voucher-code sites are out, and so are paid ads on our name without our written agreement.

Who can become a HeMed affiliate?
Anyone based in the UK who is 18 or over, with an audience that includes men. That covers creators, coaches, community leads, writers, and HeMed members with a following. We review every application.
How much do I earn, and when is a referral confirmed?
£80 for every confirmed referral, flat, whatever plan they choose, with no cap. A referral is confirmed when the first order placed with your code is complete and delivered.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly. One week after the month ends, we pay the commission for every referral confirmed in that month (the terms allow up to 100 days from the order). The commission email you get when you join confirms your rate and how payment works.
What does my audience get?
20% off their first month with the standard code. With the commitment code, 25% off the first month of a 3, 6 or 12-month plan. We agree which fits your audience when you join. The discount applies to a new customer’s first plan payment.
How do I track my referrals?
